Q: Where is Winter Street Studios located?
A: The event will be held at Winter Street Studios located at 2101 Winter Street. See the Map & Parking page for more details.

Q: What is the attire?
A: Dress to impress! Artopia is an art/fashion/culture event so the attire ranges from Dressy Casual to Cocktail Chic.

Q: I’m having trouble purchasing tickets online. What do I do?
A: Please call customer support at 877.987.6487.

Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online on the Ticketing page. If you need assistance purchasing a ticket, please contact Customer Service.

Q: What all is included with each ticket purchase?
A: General Admission includes entry into the event and access to all art & entertainment, as well as food and drink samples.
VIP Admission includes entry into the event, complimentary valet, access to the VIP Lounge with seating and private bar, catered spread, as well as access to all general admission areas and entertainment.

Q: Can a minor attend the event if accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A: Artopia is strictly 21+. No one under 21 years of age will be permitted including children. Artopia is an adults only event. No strollers or carriers.

Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket(s)?
A: No. Refunds will not be issued.

Q: Is there food served at Artopia?
A: Yes, food sampling will be available from local Houston restaurants.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: This event will most likely sell out in advance so waiting to purchase your ticket at the door is not advised.

Q: I am an artist. How do I apply to show my work at Artopia?
A: Send your contact information, links and samples of your work to our Art Curators at Artopia@houstonpress.com.

Q: I am a writer/blogger/media outlet. How can I get media passes?
A: All media can apply for passes here. There will be a limited amount of media passes distributed. Deadline to apply for passes is January 13, 2017 at 5pm CST.

Q: Is this a rain or shine event?
A: Yes, this event will go on rain or shine.

Q: Can I bring my dog/pet?
A: Sorry. While we are animal lovers, we cannot have pets at this event. Pets will not be allowed on the property.

Q: Where will I be able to park my car?
A: Valet Parking available for $10. — VIP Ticket Includes Complimentary Valet Parking.
